Before You Give ForGive
The following is a 27-line poem or sutra that I have called Before You Give ForGive. The purpose for this piece is to show how Truth works, and how it works regardless of what level you are thinking upon.
Before You Give ForGive
It’s really rather kind of funny
How Absolute Truth Works on All Levels.
Take for example
The Absolute Truth in the Commandment:
“Before You Give ForGive”.
When one breaks down the Commandment
By its Subject and its Object
The only Difference
Is
You.
Drop the You from the Commandment
And We Have
“Before Give ForGive”
Without the You
The Definition Changes,
The Application Reverses, and
The Commandment Tells Us
That Before We Do Something
That We Should Do That Thing.
This is an Example,
Like Escher and Stodart,
Like Bach and Mozart,
Like a Circular Sphere,
How the Truth Works,
And How It Works Regardless From
Where You Stand or From
Where You Look.
